PARTICIPATION FEE / per day
Price for non-food and food products: €60
Wine produced by small wineries: €65
THE FEE INCLUDES:
– trading permit;
– assistance from the fair organizer during the event (allocation of stands, technical support, etc.);
– promotion on social media before and during the fair (photos, videos).
TRADING STAND SPACE
One stand space per trader: 2 × 3 m or 3 × 3 m, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the fair organizer at least five days before the event date.
STAND DESIGN
– white tents;
– plain tablecloths in dark grey (wet asphalt) color;
– stands are decorated with LED lights in a market-themed atmosphere.
– trader identification sign displayed outside the stand* (logo or product photo).

The stand is set up by the fair participant.
STAND SET-UP / DISMANTLING
Each trader is allowed to enter Vērmanes Garden by car up to the designated unloading area.
Vehicle access is permitted from 07:40 to 09:15 according to a schedule agreed in writing in advance.
Those who carry their goods by hand may do so from 07:40 to 09:30 without prior coordination with the organizer.
All stands must be fully set up by 09:50.
Stand dismantling takes place from 18:00 to 20:30 upon prior verbal agreement with the fair organizer.
ELECTRICITY CONNECTION
Daily fee per stand:
– cash register, LED lights: EUR 5
– hot drinks: EUR 10
– mobile catering: EUR 20
TOILETS
Available on site.

Local artisans, designers, and artists offering original and/or self-produced goods are invited to participate in the fair, including but not limited to:
